The “Vacation Rental Agreement” governs the use of the Premises.

We do not hold rate quotes for more than 24 hours.

Your reservation is only confirmed after we are notified by PayPal that payment is received.

Your confirmation along with the receipt for payment will then be transmitted to you.

PayPal will also provide you with a receipt for the transaction.
